On your lot

See it on your own ground

Find your address, slide the map until the orange building sits where it will go, and turn it so the doors face the way you want. Then see it standing on the aerial photo of that spot.

The aerial photo is a few years old and accurate to a few feet. Check property lines and setbacks with your county before you set a building.

    If you rent it out

    What could this building earn?

Every unit has its own roll-up door, so each one can be rented on its own. Set the rents to what storage units go for near you, and how full you expect it to be.

Rents shown first are examples, not a promise of income. Check local storage rents, zoning and taxes before you buy.

    Nine engineered plans

Every building is 10 feet deep. Pick the length and how it is split.

Each plan below is drawn to scale from above. Orange marks are roll-up doors. One building can hold one big unit or up to seven lockers you rent out separately.

    How it works

From the builder to your lot

    1. Design it

Pick a plan and colors above, then add it to your quote. Add as many buildings as you need.

    2. Get your quote

Tell us where it goes and whether you want it installed or just delivered. We call you back with a price.

    3. Ready the site

A firm, roughly level pad is enough. The leveling jacks take care of the rest.

    4. We build or deliver

Installed on your site by our crew, or delivered for you to set.
